The density will be relatively low, as there will be only 600 units of homes that will be housed in 4 blocks of 31 storeys. This means that each block will have a grand total of only 150 units.

The best part of the development may be the size of the units. Buyers will have 4 different unit types to choose from. Type A will be the largest unit at 1,491 sq ft.
