Kaleidoscope is a family oriented development, with its sizeable units and relatively affordable prices. The development is going to comprise of serviced residences that carry a commercial title and is going to be built on leasehold land. The density will be relatively low, as there will be only 600 units of homes that will be housed in 4 blocks of 31 storeys. This means that each block will have a grand total of only 150 units.
The best part of the development may be the size of the units. Buyers will have 4 different unit types to choose from. Type A will be the largest unit at 1,491 sq ft.
